Quick Shipping Information

• Shipping: We deliver within Poland.

• Shipping time: Typically 1-2 business days from receipt of payment or order confirmation.
  * In periods of increased occupancy or due to unforeseen events (failures, holidays, weather conditions) the deadline may be extended by 1-2 days .

• Carriers: InPost by default (parcel lockers/courier), as well as DPD/DHL – depending on the selection made when ordering.

• Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Packaging and delivery rules

We package our products to ensure they arrive intact. Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please complete a damage report with the courier and contact us at modernwallartcompany@gmail.com . .

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and on the order summary page, depending on the selected carrier and delivery method. For combined orders, the cost may change (we always display it before finalizing your purchase).

Brief information on returns (withdrawal from the contract)

1. 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract (without giving any reason), counting from the date of taking possession of the item.

2. Please return the product complete , if possible in its original packaging – you can only check the item as you would in a stationary store.

3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer (unless we agree otherwise).

4. To request a refund, please email us at: modernwallartcompany@gmail.com – we will send you instructions and return address.

5. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back. We will refund your payment using the same method unless we agree otherwise.

Complaints (non-conformity of goods with the contract)

If you receive a damaged product or it does not comply with the contract , please contact us immediately at modernwallartcompany@gmail.com .
In your report, please provide your order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, photos. We will respond within 14 days . Depending on the situation, we will provide a repair, replacement, a price reduction , or withdrawal from the contract with a full refund – in accordance with applicable regulations.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, in the case of:

• non-prefabricated items or items made according to the customer's specifications (personalization),

• sealed products that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene /health protection reasons,

• digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance began with consent before the expiry of 14 days after notification of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
