  • What is the delivery time?
    Currently, the order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. After this time, your package will be shipped via your chosen InPost delivery method. Total delivery time is up to 3 business days*.
    *In some cases (unforeseen circumstances) the order shipping time may be extended by 2 days.
    We ask for your understanding and patience.

  • How can I track my order?
    Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your InPost shipment. All updates related to your order will be sent to you via email and will be visible in the tracking link.

  • My order is missing an item or the item is defective.
    Please contact us by email at the email address provided below.
    In your email correspondence, please describe the problem and attach a photo of the item in question.
    We respond to emails within 24–72 hours of receiving them. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, sometimes it may take a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be assured that every report is important to us and we consider it carefully.

  • Technical data of the figurines
    The standard figure is 14 cm tall. The figures are made of PLA and PETG materials.
    Figurines are products for collectors over the age of fourteen.
    The figurines are an original product, manufactured by our company located in Lower Silesia, more precisely in Wrocław.

  • Has the order been shipped yet?
    We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.
    We also remind you to include a correct email address in your order, as we will notify you about the shipment at the address provided.
    Regarding order processing times, please refer to the information provided in the first subsection.

  • Order returns
    For returns, please contact us by email at the address provided below.
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
    The product to be returned must have been used by the customer only for the purpose of establishing the nature, features and functioning of the product, with complete packaging.
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
    Once we receive the returned product and check its condition, we will issue a refund to your account within 5 business days.

  • How are orders packaged?
    As stated during checkout, each order is shipped in a single box, regardless of the number of figures inside. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship additional boxes or split the order into separate boxes.
    If you are interested in having your order shipped in separate packages, please purchase the figurines in separate orders.

  • Can I edit my order after placing it?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to edit your order once it has been placed.
